Entry #7
CUBE FURNITURE
Yusuke Fujita
A cube-shaped modular furniture to be installed in large numbers on Sony Park, that can be assembled by visitors to form larger structure such as tables. The cubes affix to each other using magnets, and are equipped with an internal projector that turns their surfaces into digital displays. A smartphone app allows visitors to control the appearances of the cubes.

FOR (A): The cubes are like pixels materialized in the real world, cool idea
AGAINST (A): This idea doesn't seem all that relevant to Sony Park
AGAINST (B): The design of the cubes doesn't seem very inviting; I predict few visitors would actually move them around
