Small Talks of Ginza: A Dog-friendly Parklet 1.1

A dog-friendly parklet to be built on Sony Park. The parklet is designed to foster spontaneous conversations between strangers in the city, using dogs as catalysts. Dog-related events may be held on the parklet as well.
