The Waste Imperative

A waste-metabolization facility where waste material collected from citizens (using a fleet of autonomous, street-roaming drones) are recycled and redistributed. Robotic arms at the facility sort collected waste material, which are then transported to workshops where craftsmen repair or transform them to create usable products.
