A proposal to convert underutilized space under bridges into public parks. The conversion is done in a DIY manner by citizens. A dedicated smartphone app calls upon citizens to join the constructions of parks, and also notifies them of events (often involving technologies such as augmented reality) to be held at the completed parks.
