Restaurant Cluster for New Culinary Culture

A proposal for a food court where restaurants (owned by newcomers to the business) rotate in several months. The facility provides staff and payment services to reduce workload of owners; functions as an incubator space for new restaurants. Also provides mentorship and access to funding opportunities.
