A proposal for an online platform that enables residents and other users of the neighbourhood to vote, on an ongoing basis, which streets should be turned into pedestrian-only zones in the coming weeks. Each week, five streets are chosen to be closed to road traffic. Voting results are amended using network analysis, to prevent excessive traffic disruption.
