A proposal where parks, pools, ping-pong tables, etc. are embedded beneath road pavements, and can be instantly summoned by citizens. Intended to be installed on "hokosha tengoku" (streets closed to road traffic during weekends); a road with heavy traffic on weekdays can turn into a pedestrian-friendly playground on Saturday and Sunday.
