A proposal for an app that allows citizens to collectively control speakers in public spaces, and edit the city soundscape. Anyone can add songs to a speaker's playlist, or (with support from enough users) skip the current song to play the next one in the list. Provides a way to make public the diversity of people's musical tastes.
