Telephone Booth for Storytellers

A proposal to install a public "telephone booth" in which citizens can share their personal memories of the city. The recorded memories can be used by local governments as citizen feedback to guide urban policy-making, and are also made accessible to the public (after anonymization through audio processing) via a smartphone app.
