Public Joking

A proposal to set up a public bulletin board, which asks passers-by to post humorous answers to questions such as "What is the worst nightmare you could imagine happening in this park?" Provides a playful way for governments to gather citizens' opinions about the city, with contextual depth unavailable through simple for/against voting.
