A plan to install a large 3D printer in the neighborhood that can be used for a small fee, through which citizens can print various objects, furniture, etc. that serve either themselves or the public. Businesses and professionals can contribute 3D models to a digital object library stored inside the 3D printer, from which citizens can choose models and have them printed on site.
