Flipped Duplex Apartment

An idea for an apartment design that reduces the commonly occurring issue of noise between floors, as well as providing several other benefits such as a safe evacuation route in case of fires. Unlike typical designs, the living room is placed on the upper floor, whereas the bedroom resides on the lower floor.
