Small Talks of Ginza

A proposal to build parklets which are specifically designed to be animal-friendly. The parklets, with sizes of approximately two parking slots or larger, can serve as venues for various dog-related events (e.g., exhibitions, lectures). Aimed at increasing conversations ("small talks") among strangers in cities using dogs as catalysts.
