A plan to install tables on "hokosha tengoku": streets closed to road traffic during weekends. A dedicated sharing app allows citizens to reserve seats on the tables, and order food from nearby restaurants which will be delivered to site. Effectively turns "hokosha tengoku" into an open-air food court. Tables may be equipped with high-tech features such as projectors.
